Prescription for Climate Change Cessation

I suggest that the United Nations should guarantee that

• schools and research institutes are set up everywhere possible that can teach the people in victim countries about what is happening to the climate, and the effects of it, and that, since much of this change seems due to our lifestyles:
• economic institutes are created which are dedicated to the vast tasks of developing and promoting systems which ubiquitously and democratically internalize all external values in our market economies.

In my opinion, it is really by making such corrections natural to occur in every situation that a belief in our capacity to 'save the world' becomes realistic. Also, I believe that when people have the power to influence, i.e to 'correct' market forces, they will do that, and learn to do that well.
